‘Sushil Kumar’ –The Panch Koti Mahamani Winner Of Kaun Banega Crorepati, Season-5

Fate plays a vital role in everyone’s life. Most don’t believe it but Sushil Kumar, a computer operator and tutor from Bihar believe in it, has won the jackpot of Rs 5 Crore on the game show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati-5’.

The 27 year old Sushil Kumar from Motihari is also preparing for competitive examinations that made him think that he could try his luck on the show and it worked. The show will be telecast on November 2^nd, 2011.

The amount won by Sushil on ‘KBC-5’, is the highest prize ever won by a contestant on any Indian Television Game Show. Sushil was accompanied by his wife Seema and both of them were in tears when Big B, Amitabh Bachchan, the host of the show handed Sushil his cheque of Rs 5 crore.

Harshvardhan Nawathe from Mumbai was the first title holder of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’.

Rahat Taslim from Jharkhand won Rs 1 crore in 2004 but quit before the jackpot question for 5 crores.
